FOS11 Chat Session for Survivors

On Thursday, October 28 from 8:00 - 9:00 PM EST, Families of September 11 will host a special chat session for 9/11 survivors. Donna Gaffney, a licensed mental health professional (read her biography), will lead an open discussion on issues and topics that specifically affect those who survived the attacks at the Pentagon and the World Trade Center. There will also be resources available for those seeking help.

If you are a survivor and wish to participate, please click here to enroll in the chat. All participants must be 18 years of age or older. The chat will be open to a limited number of participants, so please register now. All participants will remain anonymous. You will be able to choose a chat name (which will identify you in the chat room) and a password. Then, you will receive an email with a link to the chat. On October 28 at 8:00 PM, please click on the link that is emailed to you and enter your chosen chat name and password.

As a reminder, all chat participants must first be registered as a Families of September 11 member to enroll (click here to become a member of FOS11). Membership is free. We encourage you to share this email with any survivors you may know and we invite them to become members so that they may participate.

If during the enrollment process or at any other time you encounter difficulties joining the chat, please contact us at chathelp@familiesofseptember11.org. If you would like to participate but are unable to due to the date and/or time, please email us so we can better schedule future sessions.

Thank you for participating and we look forward to seeing you online.
