Families of September 11 invites you to participate in an online chat session this Thursday, October 28, 2004 from 8:00 - 9:00 PM EST. Donna Gaffney, a licensed mental health professional (read her biography), will lead an open discussion on issues and topics that specifically affect those who survived the attacks at the Pentagon and the World Trade Center. There will also be resources available for those seeking help.

You will be able to choose a chat name (which will identify you in the chat room) and a password. Then, you will receive an email with a link to the chat. On Thursday at 8:00 PM, please click on the link that is emailed to you and enter your chosen chat name and password.
As a reminder, all participants must be 18 years of age or older. All participants will remain anonymous. Please note that we have designed this particular chat session exclusively for survivors, whom we define as those placed at immediate risk of injury or death during the attacks at the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, so that they may explore issues unique to their situation. Families of September 11 has held and will continue to hold chat sessions for victims' family members as well as more broad-based sessions. Please look for additional announcements for future chats.
