Pathway to Tomorrows:
The First Forum for WTC Families, Survivors, Residents & Airlines
Tuesday, November 11, 2003
5:30PM - 7:30PM
Lower Manhattan, NY
Contact: Louise Lo Presti
On November 11th, September’s Mission and the Families of September 11, Inc. will open a dialogue with World Trade Center survivors, residents and airline employees & families. These two organizations are reaching out to others who have been affected by the events of 9/11, constituencies who may feel they have been largely ignored by the post-9/11 process. The goal of the forum is to give a voice to these constituencies, their needs and concerns.
The evening will focus on positive communication and collaboration. It will center on a discussion panel composed of 9/11 family members, corporate and government agency survivors, downtown residents and airline personnel. The panel will share post 9/11 experiences, define common ground, and explore the pathway to tomorrows. The discussion will be followed by Q&A with 125 participants.
By expanding the circle to embrace survivors, residents and airline personnel, our members’ families hope to bring us all one step further in the healing process. We cannot turn back the hands of time, but we can work together to build a better future.
Please contact Louise Lo Presti if you are interested in attending this forum.
Attendees will be notified of the location upon confirmation of attendance.
