Dear Family Members and Friends,
Last week, the Senate and House Joint Intelligence Committee issued their long awaited final report on their investigation into the September 11 terrorist attacks. The report contains 28 blank pages which the Administration refuses to agree to declassify. All of us as family members who lost loved ones on that horrific day - as well as the American Public - have a right to know what is in the pages. We have recently learned that any member of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence can formally initiate the process of declassifying a document in the committee's possession without the permission of the President.
PLEASE CONTACT THE FOLLOWING SENATORS WHO SIT ON THE INTELLIGENCE COMMITTEE AND ASK THAT THEY INITIATE SUCH A PROCESS IMMEDIATELY! CALL THEIR OFFICES AND ASK TO SPEAK TO THEIR LEGISLATIVE ASSISTANT AND/OR THEIR CHIEFS OF STAFFS, FAX A LETTER AND SEND E-MAILS.
Now is the time for our Senators to represent the concerns of their constituents Feel free to pass this information along to your friends, family and other concerned citizens. Your Senators can be reached by calling (202) 224-3121 or the direct numbers and email addresses listed below:
