An Open Chat for All FOS11 Members
Join your peers in the 9/11 community on Wednesday, March 16, from 7:00-8:00 PM EST for a general emotional support chat discussion open to all Families of September 11 (FOS11) members. Support others in the 9/11 community and share helpful coping strategies. Whether you survived or lost loved ones in the attacks at the Pentagon, the World Trade Center or Shanksville, we invite you to discuss issues and topics that are of importance to you in a safe, positive environment.
Dr. Donna Gaffney, a licensed mental health professional, noted trauma specialist, and faculty member of the International Trauma Studies Program at New York University, will facilitate the chat.
To enroll, click on the link above and enter your email address and the password you created to register with FOS11 (if you have forgotten your password, you can have it emailed to you). Then, you'll select an anonymous chat name and password. Once enrolled, you'll receive a confirmation email with a link to the chat. On March 16 at 7:00 PM, please click on the link and enter your chosen chat name and password. As a reminder, all participants must be 18 years of age or older.
If you have any problems or questions, please do not hesitate to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 212-575-1878.
