Special Chat for D.C.-Area Members Only

D.C.-area members are encouraged to participate in a special online chat session this Wednesday from 8:00-9:00PM. Whether you survived the attacks at the Pentagon or lost a family member at the World Trade Center or Shanksville, we invite you to discuss issues and topics that are of importance to you.

Dr. Donna Gaffney, a licensed mental health professional, will moderate the chat. Come share resources and coping strategies that have helped you, or simply log on so that you can connect with peers in your area.

Enrolling is easy. If you are already a Families of September 11 member and live in the D.C.-area, simply click on this link (or cut and paste the entire link into your browser):

You'll enter your email address and the password you created to register with Families of September 11 (if you have forgotten your password, you can have it emailed to you). Then, you'll select an anonymous chat name and password. Once enrolled, you'll receive an email with a link to the chat. On Wednesday, Dec. 15 at 8:00 PM, please click on the link and enter your chosen chat name and password. As a reminder, all participants must be 18 years of age or older.

If you have any problems or questions, please do not hesitate to email us at chathelp@familiesofseptember11.org or call 212-575-1878.

Please forward this email to others who you think might like to participate. To register as a member with Families of September 11, please visit:
